Believe it or not, my beef is not with Farook and Malik. They were tools, and not in the pejorative sense.

"Hate" them for their religion? Are you serious? I think most Americans understand that the Isis interpretation of Islam is an anomaly. The only hate I can imagine would come from the ignorant uneducated among US and they are not a significant part of the general populace. "Hate" is a very strong word that you guys throw around without a care.

"Suppose we do destroy Isis" That would be the first step but unlikely possible in total. And as far as Muslims living in the west, at least law enforcement (FBI, NSA, etc) could more easily deal with them here under better surveillance.

There is no making peace with Jihadism Robert. All they understand, appreciate, and practice, is violent action. There is only one way to respond. With the same. Call me a Chickenhawk but we need to take back all the territory that Isis has conquered by fighting an actual war. That's what the men and women in the armed forces signed up for. They knew they could be called on. If we're too squeamish to use them, we might as well swell the ranks of the National Guard and bury our heads in the sand.
