"These issues" being basically all the raw emotion: Why are only conservatives calling for immediate war with ISIS, calling the President a "pussy" for not sharing their terror, and warmly receiving Trump's plan to register Muslims?
I'm just not buying the denials that the right are neither afraid nor filled with hate and rage. The dramatic difference along partisan lines, in the middle of a bitterly-fought election campaign, really ought to be a red flag that the shrieking mob is being manipulated into a frenzy.
You're being played for votes, Rob, right out of the fascist demagogue's playbook. You're being herded just as they herded us after September 11. Then the cliff we stampeded over was Iraq. Now the fast-approaching cliff is Syria.
It's the same evil bullshit all over again. How stupid do we have to be to fall for it again?

Why do you think there's such a stark partisan divide on these issues?
