What we need is a creative stimulis program...
Instead of tax cuts for the poor, or the wealthy, we need tax credits for Research and Development.
Also, a credit which matches $ for $ any money that one spends on obtaining a Phd in a scientific or engineering related field.
Sorry, liberal arts Phds need not apply at the current time.
And then a New Deal type program to develop Lunar resources, develop fusion power, etc...
This new deal needs to be high tech.
Nah... Everyone can claim to be high tech...Even the Vortex guy would probably be put on the dole.
