I confess, I had to go over the trig a couple of times from a couple of different approaches just to make sure. My math skills are not as good as I'd like, but I do enjoy playing with trig.

Oh, resetting the tolerences on the dimensioning yields:

Observer A inclination = 81.6705
B=79.8340
