Hopelessly Naive
The industrial world is as dependent on data communications links as it is on oil. And the facilities are much more vulnerable.I can think of a lot of suspects for this one. The only stupidity I see is how the "civilized world" has allowed itself to become so vulnerable to unsophisticated terrorists.
