That sounds like some nasty flu. I've been lucky this year, and having been hit in previous years, I'm well aware of my good fortune.
I figured that that was so over-the-top silly almost nobody could take offense. It was just good fun. But one of these days, when you're feeling better, let's talk again about common ground, what the hell's going on with the GOP, and maybe the prospect that it'll be better for it after this election's over. Or not. I've been thinking about how rigid the Party's become, everything a litmus test, and this veneration of Reagan strikes me as an unhealthy sign, really, no matter what you think of him, and what he did more than two decades ago. Savor this neologism: "rigideology"...but later.
