Whine, snivel, plead and grovel. All to no avail with HP. Or Gateway.
I think I'm going to have to spend another $100 to buy a Vista upgrade. If I do I'll have the satisfaction of having my very own disk without all the proprietary and third-party information for both computers. That would be nice.
But at least so far Vista has been good.
