Give up on ANWR. That chip is all but worthless.
The whole ARWR argument is really just a ploy to trick the Saudi's into pumping more oil and keeping the price artificially low.
Oh sure there is oil there, but not enough to make any dent at all in what we need right now (let alone what we will need in 2020 and beyond.
