You may be experiencing a bit of tunnel vision because Republicans/Conservates insist that patriotism=Republicanism/Conservatism. To you it may seem reasonable, but in fact you're defining patriotism in partisan terms. So again: Who defines a patriotic curriculum? Please explain how it could not have a partisan slant on it, reducing education to no more than ideological indoctrination.
