Discussing with friends
Last week, I went to Brussels and had a dinner with a former colleague (we used to talk a lot whole we were working at the same place but now we're in 2 different towns).
We talked and talked (I almost forgot to eat).
About politics, our jobs, etc....no limit.
But perhaps there IS a limit we impose on ourselves: I don't talk politics to my current colleagues and very little politics to my hobby friends.
The limit was only set much higher with my friend in Brussels
It's true (and we've experienced it since 9/11 on HZ), the US has become much more polarized than what I've experienced here.
