Our society is so lax, that most criminal behaviour is done by those with psycho-social problems or mental illness of some type.

I grew up in the north, and their families were small in the town I lived in. They were looked down upon, but they minded their own business. I raised my kids in South Florida where the ratio of blacks is almost 25%, and there were some real troublemakers with guns and drugs. My kids explain it to me this way. There's two types of blacks......one that dseserve the name "n......" and the rest were mild-mannered, industrious folks who just had different colored faces. So I think the blacks themselves get trashy, just like our white folk.
I still don't think it's fair to label anyone and it's best to stay out of areas where the real trouble lies.
