Maybe
Perhaps, or perhaps life will find away to keep the Earth alive. With my simple primitive 21st century mind, I can think of several ways an technological advance society might do it. No telling what they might come up with.
As for the human race, it won’t be us that will be around, but whatever we evolve into. I have faith that we will have descendants around then. They will be may be different from us and may have evolved into many different forms, but they will be our descendants.
