How do the French, Russians, and others deal with the nuclear waste issue?

They must have reprocessing facilities in place?

Maybe we could export our waste to them?

They could charge us Billions, and we would pay in Euros if need be!

What are the Iranians going to do with their waste? Or do they see the Waste as a valuable by-product?
