by the way, you couldn't do that now...It would violate the Geneva accords.
Things like a 30-06 deer rifle are outlawed by that convention...Well to me more specific, it isn't the rifle but the hollow-point ammo that the citizen soldier brought with the rifle that would run afoul of the rules of modern warfare.
So, maybe the supreems will outlaw hunting weapons and allow military weapons...That would throw everybody for a real loop.
