I'm curious Lee, what is your vision of the perfect society?
I don't think "elbow room" is the problem.
There is no fault in one culture adapting elements of another, especially when it's a matter of choice. But you could blame those that market the 'counter culture' to youth but it's ultimately the parents responsibility to take part in their kids lives. If they can't do that, hopefully they've successfully instilled lofty values into the kids while they were growing up, so they can make the right choices on their own.
What are the problems you perceive that come from other cultures or races? Drug addiction and trafficking ?, robbery?, gun violence?, welfare dependency, car stereos too loud?.
I think most of these problems could be solved with more economic opportunity and attitudes counter to yours. I bet one of your arguments against the economic solution is that other races lack the ability to capitalize on the conditions of a level playing field. Well, from what I see often, that criticism applies to a percentage of all races across the board.
