When abortion was made legal, it opened the floodgates to eugenics. Thanks to neonatal testing and legal abortions, we have far fewer children being born in this country with genetic and congenital defects. Who needs government control, when there's advanced medical diagnostic technology and a culture obsessed with beauty, health, and convenience? The free market will do what dictatorship could not.
