Electronic surveillance techniques have been in place for well over 30 years now, at least as far as the manipulation of the American people getting into too much of the government's shenanigans. Very few people on this board know the history of Operation George Orwell, for example.

I highly recommend you read the affadavit, especially #20, as it's the electronic surveillance SET-UP for thousands and thousands of people with the intent to manipulate the outcome.
You wonder why Congress is so weak? Why they roll over for the current administration and the many before it?
