Given America's role in the world other nations are watching quite carefully- does this surprise you?

Given America's 'screw you' attitude to the rest of the world many are hoping for a change in our leadership- again, does this surprise you?

Given the past 2 terms of this president the rest of the world would like to see someone that seems rational instead of an old man from the same party with anger issues who likes to sing about bombing Iran- seriously, does this surprise you?
