Describe how you, or any of the Great Enlightened, would use it to hunt down bin Laden in Pakistan in any way other than the methods currently being used as I write this (Special Forces teams, drones, etc.) Take your time.

Military spending is at least as essential to our well being as the vast amount of Federal wealth redistribution that dwarfs that spending, and has a lot more technological spinoffs.
