My uninformed personal opinion counts for nothing on the world stage. It is based mainly on my perception that tinhorn Georgia's stuff was once the stuff of the USSR and in all likelihood this is more about tinhorn Russia's treasury than the worldwide oil applecart.
If what you say is true in fact and implication, doesn't this mean tha Bush is entirely correct in saying that annexing the disputed territories is not on the table. This was after all my original point.
