Youâ€™ve pretty well hit the nail on the head there. Anyone going head to head with Russia, the Chinese, even the Europeans has got really know what they are doing. These are tough and seasoned regimes who will do whatever it takes to get their way. Russians who have tangled with Putin end up dead or in prison. Likewise the dissidents in China. Well meaning amateurism will not cut it. It would be "nice" to have someone in charge who knows what they are doing.
