I explained the lesser evils bit. McCain and Biden are both career politicians with a life of experience at politicking. McCain's at the front of his ticket, Biden in the back seat of his. Both offer no real change.
Palin and Obama both are newbies. The choice became limited to their beliefs. Obama spoke of "change" and his first decision as would-be President is to offer us a career politican elected back in 1972 with Richard Nixon - Joseph Biden. Is that the change? Will Biden's "fresh change" help take us back to Nixonian glory days?
McCain offered up Palin. Not Dick Cheney, not Condoleezza Rice, not Mitt Romney - he offered up a true "anti-insider." She seems genuinely nice. Which of course is proof she is not a DC career politician.
So now the left will proceed to diminish her, because they don't realy believe in change, or women's equality - all they believe in is acquiring and holding the reins of power on the backs of the less successful yearning for a promise to cling to - a perpetual motion machine named "collectivist success."
