I like his statement indicating that "[quote] America is the [potential] Saudi Arabia
of Wind Energy".

What I take issue with is his willingness to accept that Natural Gas
maybe the fuel that American vehicles need to rely on [ignoring some technical
and possible safety problems].
Natural gas in liquid form requires refrigeration equipment that might not
be suitable for a compact automobile.
Insulation helps somewhat though.
As a compressed gas, at say 10,000psi [690 atmospheres], CH4 behaves as
a supercritical fluid with corrosive solvent properties. It could gradually corrode
away the shell of a pressure tank, inside out, and build up unwanted corrosion deposits
inside the engine.

Other than that, I like his plan.
