If it takes building two or three new science/engineering
cities [Los Alamos, Hanford, Oak Ridge as historic examples]
in America, housing 1,000's of scientists & engineers
to tackle this issue in a reasonable amount of time [8-10 years]
then it should be done by...whoever occupies the WH next.
