People are always screaming for the government to do something. In fact the government has done huge amount of work. I could find enough info online on gov't research on this subject to fill a Cray archive. But it doesn't mean shit. Why? Because what you have to do is buy the damn cars. The gov't can't do that for you. Do you realize that car makers have been producing very futuristic concept cars for decades, but they don't market them? Why? Nobody buys them. Then they cry and complain that the government isn't doing anything to solve this problem. Can't Americans organize? Has America grown so large that the east coast cannot coordinate with the west coast? You suck.
