Technical problems with the above message
Very likely the quoted text will disappear as soon as this message is posted (because it will cause a refresh of the HTML version). The quote contains characters that seem to be illegal in an XML file, which caused the software to be unable to load it to add a reply that Marcia was trying to post. She emailed me about the error message, and after manually removing the quote the XML file is readable again. I think it was the character in the d[something/[something] expression.
