That does not address my point that you can't simultaneously argue (without making intellegent people laugh at you)...

On to your new point that "the Governor is granted normal executive powers in personnel matters." For this to be pertinent, she would have had to fire Wooten herself. She did not.
By the way, Wooten was fully investigated by... don't remember the name of the agency... for those charges that Palin raised. Some were found to be true, some false, most were truish/falsish. The agency decided that a temporary suspension was in order and that was what happened.
