Re: the Governor of Arkansas
I assume, perhaps rashly, that this is a reference to Bill Clinton, who was a graduate of the Edmund R. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University in DC, and a Rhodes Scholar who studied government at University College, Oxford (the one in England). He had at least studied foreign affairs and traveled seriously before running for high federal executive office. He has never, that I know of, claimed to have visited a country because his plane was refueled there.
If you would like to continue to compare Palin to Clinton in terms of experience in and knowledge of foreign affairs, be my guest.
