I'll allow that Bush has America's best interests at heart AND he identifies the privileged class to which he belongs as the real America. That the rest of the country is an object, an inanimate thing which doesn't know what is best for the "real America' but needs to be manipulated to accept his agenda.

In that sense and his mind he's done the best for America that could be done. And he's simply misunderstood by the majority of people who are not sophisticated enough to appreciate him.

I would go that far. He's far moreNarcissistic than Antisocial though he does fit the definition of "evil" as defined by H. Scott Peck in "The People of the Lie".

And that is someone in a position of trust who will abuse that trust for their own gain at the expense of the person who trusts. And example is a parent who steals from a child, or a President who lies to get support to go to war for their own personal reasons.
