Obama is NOT going to restrict the debate to foreign policy and McCain knows he's vulnerable on domestic issues right now. Hiis strength, foreign policy, is not what the ausience wants to hear. This is rope-a-dope. Or if you're a chess fan, Obama has the "opposition".
