If McCain felt it was to his political benifit you know DAMN WELL that he wouldn't be taking this position. It is shameful posturing, trying to spin this crisis to his benifit...

Just watch, you can bet he will do everything he can to spin this announcement to his benifit- he isn't putting the campaign on hold, he is dishonestly creating a bit of drama to USE as a campaign weapon. You know that if Obama still pressed for debate McCain would loudly trumpet that fact every way he can- while he is 'not campaigning' of course.
