It would have gone down reguardless of which party was in the Whitehouse at the time. This is a 20 year old screw up thqat both parties contributed to.

But Bush is the top man, so he must take the fall. And his poor bailout bill is a joke, so he deserves the tar and feathering he gets. The Democrats in Congress, who promised the American public they would make changes for the better, when they took over 2 years ago, should also be held responsible.

But there is another group that shares the blame. All those citizens that were irresponsible and got in over their heads, and all those idiots who gave them those loans.

There is plenty of blame to go around…plenty. Anyone who wants to pin it all on the Republicans, or the President, and no one else, is a partisan hack.
