See, here is where I get nonplussed.
How exactly do you measure an expansion when there are no known borders? At best you measure relative movement according to one's own position. But one's own position and momentum can't be ascertained with any accuracy either.
How can one say there must be beginning or an ending when there is only apparent movement?
For that matter how can you measure time in such a parameter-less universe?
All this creation/beginning and ending stuff is completely illogical. At what point do folks claiming some scientific knowledge realize energy CAN'T be created or destroyed? By default the universe must be eternal, timeless, infinite and the only property it possesses with any certainty is...and I repeat...the ONLY property: CHANGE.
