It would be funny if it weren't so scary. She was talking to kids at a school and got a question about the Vice President's job and she screwed it up. Not a friggin' clue! She talked about how as VP she'd be part of the Senate and could make all kinds of policy changes. Sheesh. She should read the friggin' Constitution some time! I mean, this even embarrasses ME that she's so politically inept.
