Would you be in favor of the law stripping all of it away, yes, and the stuff in the off-shore accounts, and the property, the way they do with the property of people convicted of drug charges?
You see, this is what gets people: Break into someone's house, and get 10 years in the penitentiary. Cause thousands of people to lose their houses through sharp business practice, and keep all your stuff while the taxpayers hold your hand.
