There are a lot of companies out there now with their hand out. Including car manufacturers. It honestly appeared to me that the government thought they'd been given a blank check rather a $700 billion package. Of course, I don't know how the bill's language. Maybe Congress DID give them a blank check and $700 billion was just a hopeful limit.
