The ATX mini board that RNE linked might make it easier to stuff the PS in there. If not, I can always cable tie it to the back of the box like I did with my HP :)

The HD is a Seagate 20. Hopefully I can format with XP on install, we'll see what happens. Found a few boards but they got awful reviews because of lousy bios. The next step is to bring the parts home to identify the proc and memory and then go from there...Might need help with that.
