I replaced an Athlon CPU MOBO once in about 45 and I'm not that good with the stuff. I had built the computer, though, which helped.
It's really not that difficult. The only issue I had was that some of the connections where labelled differently on the board than on the connector. I had to measure the voltage of the MOBO and matched connections by voltage.
