La cola de lagarto o caiman
When we were in Florida recently we stopped at an indian reservation and had alligator for lunch - what a different but very delicious meal! And the Cuban sandwiches down there were great! So much better than a typical, boring "ham & cheese"! We brought the recipe back with us and now make them at home. You know, if you add a little sauerkraut (it goes well with the pickle and roasted pork and mustard) you get a Cuban-German sandwich!
