How is it that a nation that is anuclear power and has a 1,000,000 man army, that has sent a probe to the moon, takes upto 3 days to 'neutralize' 40 young men in t-shirts and jeans?

I don't understand!

The good news is, India might now send 1,000's of combat troops
to help NATO in Afghanistan.
