Smoking
I think I might go and smoke an entire 20 pack of Marlboro whilst bungie-jumping off a waterfall in a paraglider.
From what I've heard lately, that's probably the only place left in England where you can still sneak a smoke.
Nobody's going to worry about bungee jumpers. There aren't enough of them to make clamping down interesting.
