The Unions are willing to stop the being paid for doing nothing for fired or laid off workers.
I do not think in these times that there is a chance in hell that Congress will go along with funding that kind of crap. Hey, I'd love to get laid off so I could be paid for doing nothing. Wowee, would that be perfect or what!
