I agree with you, it was nicely timed.
I mean, if they wanted to.......they could have held off the decline and waited until after the new year effectively dumping it in Obama's lap. I smell a rat too. Maybe it was a way to effectively write off all the money laudering so it would be harder for an investigation to follow.
