Dear Hillary,
Please review how you handled the health care issue in '92 and '93. As you'll recall you made matters worse, the abuses you tried to correct became codified, and the people suffered. Do just the opposite. Learn from your mistakes.
Be a facilitator. Not everything is about you.
I don't think you'll be able to do that. After all, you believed those 18 million people voted for YOU, personally, and that they were somehow YOURS, personally. Your ego is what was important, not the country, not the process. You forgot they voted for a Democrat, for an agenda, for the agenda you said you represented. And you made it all about you.
That's precisely NOT what's needed as a Secretary of State. What is needed is a strong personality who can take the President's agenda and convince the ROW that it is in their best interests, too.
Or broker deals. Help others arrive at workable compromises from their point of view, not yours.
Frankly, I don't think you can do it. Your behavior after Obama won the nomination demonstrates that. And my prayers, such as they are, go with you. My best wishes. There's too much involved, it's too serious a situation. I wish you well.

She may well have a fatal flaw. One would hope not.
