It is a 1 bdrm 1 bath on 2 acres of waterfront property for $525k.
You really don't need lots of money, but 20% down, a good credit rating and a salary that conforms to the payments. The days of creative loans are gone so the rules are strict in most cases.
I'm investing in property now and I have turned down 100% financing from private investors so they are out there too, but I wouldn't recomend them.
