I doubt I could sell my house for the appraised value right now, and even if I could, I couldn't make the 20% down payment for that place in Inverness. This is Florida, I live on another tectonic plate altogether. I'm almost out from under this mortgage now, I'm not about to start a new one from scratch.
Still, I have a Plan B, the Fla State Lottery, and if I get lucky I might just be dragging my young ass your way! BTW, Is the Golden Hinde still in business?
