The ISS is a worthless shadow of the station Reagan envisioned.
Core modules designed to have a lifespan of 5 years have been in space for 10 years. It only has a crew of 3. It also has a worthless orbital inclination for use as a spring board for deep space missions. It's nothing like the dual keel design, or even Freedom.
