We're not talking about criminals who simply happen to live in Gaza in the same way that the subway bombers in London simply happened to live in England. Imagine that the subway bombers had been supported by Scotland Yard.
It's interesting that you are diminishing missiles and mortars into "small rockets lobbed over a fence." and "water pistols." Next we'll be talking about Hamas "setting off firecrackers."
It's also interesting that you think being "legally elected" excuses criminal behavior. You want to think about that for a few minutes? ;)
