The doctor took me into the hallway, he said it doesn’t look good for my mom and didn’t think she would last two years. That was over 10 years ago and I'm greatful he did everthing he could.
With these new standards she never would have been given the proper treatments. She retired from 30 years of working for a school district and had a state medical plan which is great. With this new plan she would have died long ago and that’s wrong.
I'm all for a national health care system but not one like that. The way to new and advanced treatments and drugs is by trying keep people alive as long as possible so you see what works and what doesn't. This way you might be better able to serve all the people.

- Stealth health care nationalization
- Health care nationalization
- Conservative word-spin. I'm reading about this all over.
- It could gravitate that way
- I thought Obama said he wasn't going to allow underhanded legislation?
- And what's your plan for getting preventative health care to all citizens? (n/t)
