I kind of enjoyed my time in our government monopoly education system
Worked out real well for me, my wife, my kids, all my friends.
The people I knew that went to private schools did real well as well Tom but the difference was they never expected the government to pay for it and understood the taxes they paid were necessary for society to flourish.
Oh, and if you really don't have the time for this, why do you keep coming back?
